About the lecturer:

Michal Jordán: Since 2011, he has been a lecturer in the field of intellectual property at numerous conferences and seminars. He has provided training, for example, as part of the CzechAccelerator project by CzechInvest, and has lectured on patents and other IP aspects in exports, notably for CzechTrade.

Michal has been annually listed in the ranking of recommended patent professionals in the Czech Republic by the independent platform IAM Patent 1000 since 2018.

As a patent attorney, he currently specializes in the areas of searches, patent clearance, and protection of technical solutions. He is authorized to represent matters related to patents, utility models, industrial designs, or trademarks before the Industrial Property Office (Czech Republic), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
